| Richmond Flames 7 v 4 Guilford Mavericks | |
| The Flames began their tournament on a positive note by finally beating the Guilford Mavericks in a tight, but well-played ball game. This was sweet as Guilford had dominated and taunted the Flames during the season. | |
| Milton Keynes Truckers 7 v 9 Richmond Flames | |
| In a game badly played on both parts, the Flames came out on top with a great come-from behind victory. Down by a run with only minutes to go, the Flames came back to win and send us to the winner's round of the tournament.....against Great Britain. | |

| Richmond Flames 0 v 10 Great Britain B | |
| Another storybook fairytale for the 1999 season. The Great Britain national squad vs the second divison Richmond Flames. However this time, David did not slay Goliath. The 10-0 score is a bit misleading, as for the first 3 innings, the Flames outhit Great Britain, but we stranded too many baserunners, and by the end of the game, we were simply outclassed. But anybody who played in that game or watched it will remember it for quite some time. | |
| Croydon Pirates 18 v 5 Richmond Flames | |
| The tournament ended on low note, as we played rather poorly in our last game. But the Flames finished 6th in the London tournamenet, better many first division, Premier league and international squads. An achievement well noted for our amazing 1999 season. | |

Date: 2-3 October
Venray Red Caps
Richmond Flames
Tempo Prague
Dortmund Blue Devils
Brussels Kangaroos
Brauweiler Raging Abbots

| Venray Red Caps 6 v 3 Richmond Flames | |
| The Flames played good baseball in their first European match. But tied 3-3 in the final inning, couldn't hold Venray down, and fell to a heart-breaking defeat. Most players felt they should have won the game, but it was not to be. | |
| Tempo Prague 11 v Richmond Flames 2 | |
| In one of the worst games ever, the Flames made about 10 errors in one inning, and shamefully fell to the strong Prague team. A bit disappointing to play miserably in such an exciting tournament. | |
| Richmond Flames v Brauweiler Raging Abbots | |
| Another game, another loss for the Flames who were left feeling the impressive power of European baseball. As our season was concluding, more of our players felt injuries pressing, and the competition seemed fierer. | |
| Sunday | |
| Dortmund Blue Devils 4 v Richmond Flames 0 | |
| An early start was not in the cards for the Flames as our tired players couldn't even manage a hit in the game and we were left tired and embarassed. | |
| Richmond Flames 6 v Brussels Kangaroos 3 | |
| Our last game of the tournment, and the Flames finally pulled some good hitting, pitching and fielding together for their first European win. Probably not the last European in as well, as the tournament was well received and the players look forward to it next year. | |
